All snowboarders out there!: whiche summer snowboarding camp is the best? plz, answer?!?! thankyou??!?!?

hi. i'm a brand new snowboarder, looking for a snowboarding summer camp where i can learn, i mean really, i'm a noob at this, i don't even have a snowboard yet. so here's waht i'm looking for, i'm 12 yrs old, so i want to be around kids my age, good teachers, and low prices (afterall, i'm planning on paying for this myself!). i live in arizona, so somewhere close, maybe places where i'm from, like california, washington state, oregon, and maybe even canada. so far i've considered Whistler (canada), High Cascade (oregon), and Windells (oregon). are these good choices? my goal for money for this project is $3,000, would that be enough for EVERYTHING i need, camp, board, clothes, helm, airfare, etc.? so if you could recomend brands, camps, airlines, etc., that would be greatly appreciated, afterall, you would be plannig my whole trip for me, lol, so anything you can tell me i would be super happy with any help! thnx soo much if you help me with my situition! and again, thnx, thnx, thnx, thnx!!!!!
