Should a mexican woman get deported?

Should a mexican woman get deported if she has been lying to people for 7 years. She has a rich American step father who always bails her out when she gets in trouble. But he couldn't sponsor her on family visa because she was 19 when she got here. has 2 american born children to 2 american born fathers, getting child support wic and medicaid. With me and my child with her she just lied too much and sent her on her way. Thought I could get custody but the best I can get is joint. I do not want my daughter to live in a house with a bunch of lies. I cant turn back time, I love my daughter. I do not want to be shaked down for the next 18 years with her. Knowing she will never change. Stepfather wont sponsor her, told me I could marry her and she get green card. Found out she has been here to long and has no visa. I have ins on my daughter, she cant leave country with current court order in tact till we go for custody hearing. I feel i can tell my daughter the truth and if the mother wants to have part in her life she will have to start doing thing the right way. Should she go.
