Possibility of acceptance?

Right now I go to a California community college. I have a ulative gpa of 2.93 right now because I screwed up in the beginning. I'm uming my gpa should rise to 3.0 after this semester. But I want to apply to uc davis, uc irvine, and ucsb for tag 2012. I believe all of them have requirements of 3.2 for tag next year. However, next semester I was planning on taking calculus (semester 2), chemistry, and history. Do you think I should lighten the load to make it easier to raise my gpa by the end of fall '11? Or do you think I even have any chances of getting in?
