Born Free Gl or Plastic??? Cant decide need some help please.?

I have decided to switch my daughter from her disgusting toxic plastic Dr. Browns to Born Free. I will need to buy one to make sure she is good with it, however she really has never had a problem using an alternate bottle or sippy. My question is should I go Born Free gl or Plastic? I am kind of looking at it two different ways, and although I am more sold on gl they are very very expensive; and I am hesitent to shell out that much $. My thinking: Gl) Whenever I have another child they will still be 100% great good looking ect. Where as plastic gets scratches and the plastic gets odd colors and they say you shouldnt keep plastic bottles for more then 2 years. So if I got plastic and had another baby in 5 years, I'd still need a new set. Also gl would have a much higher resale value on something like ebay then the used plastic, basically for the reasons above. And the fact that gl just seems to be more sanitary to buy from someone then plastic.
