In Stephenie Meyer's Twilight saga, what is Team Switzerland? Is it Team Bella? And What is Team Bella?

I see everywhere "Team Bella" and "Team Switzerland". Are they the same thing, and what are they? I know what Team Edward and Team Jacob are, though(I'm on Team Edward, even though I like Jake. He's cool, but I don't think Bella and Jake should be together. SPOILER ALERT!!! She would have a vamp for an ex-fiancee, and then date a vampire's mortal, or is it IMmortal, enemy... It's wierd enought her fiancee is a vamp, and her best friend, if you can call him that at this point, is a werewolf. Besides, she can't become a werewolf, but she can become a vamp.). I don't understand... BTW, are Jake and Bella still best friends, and was he supposed to be the best man at her wedding if he didn't run away?
