Do you Christians pay heed to Martin Luther's views on reason?

Exactly why I renounce my belief in god. I use to be a lutheran catholic in Germany for 5 days, but I quickly realize the type of crap they tried to drill in my mind. Its sad see people you know brainwash like that I was literally vomiting at everything I read in that book.
