Are alterations to the Bible divinely inspired?

Many manychanges have been made to the Bible over the centuries. Concepts have been added or removed, even entire books. This process continues, along with interpretations telling us what it "really" means as opposed to what it actually says. Are these editings, additions and deletions all divinely inspired?
