Can anyone instruct me on a proper banishing spell?

Good evening. Thank you so much for taking the time to review my question. I am in need of istance and I would like to state that this is my fault. I incurred this dilemma upon myself. Last year sometime, I discovered that my apartment is also inhabited by a ethereal being. I didn't make much fuss about it except telling my roommate that I had experienced it. He became a little anxious and that was that. A few months back, we had another roommate move in with us and it wasn't until recently that I divulged the information regarding our friend but how I divulged it is the problem. I antagonized the being out of jest and out of cruelty (playfully) towards my roommate because she was frightened by the notion. Since then, strange things have taken place, especially between my roommate and I. Also, a few nights ago is when I witnessed the being yet again. I was roused by something (probably the being) and discovered that it was very difficult to open my eyes and move my body ( I had experienced something like this many years ago in Germany). As I started to open my eyes, I saw someone standing over my roommate shaking their hands over her. When I finally opened my eyes, the being disappeared. If someone can guide me, I would truly appreciate it and I am remorseful for my actions. Whatever I need to do I will do it. Thank you very much!
