I have an idea for our justice system?

and then publicly apologize to the family of the executed when it turns out that the swift wheels of justice actually just murdered an innocent man (plenty of people on death row have been exonerated after their trials). I'm pro-death penalty, but only those cases that meet a high threshold of DNA evidence, and even those should be allowed access to an appeals process to address any mistakes made in the investigation and trial.
