What country should I move to?

I've decided that once I'm out of college, I would like to move out of America and into another country for a change. Don't get me wrong, I love America, It's the land of my birth, and it will always have a place in my heart, but I just need a change in scenery. I'm a very liberal person, I love indie and alternative music, I believe in same- marriage, and the legalization of marijuana, but I don't like stuck up hipster s. I want a country that offers lots of cultural opportunities, and endless amounts of things to do. Thanks!! :)
