What's going on with my ex-girlfriend and my anxiety about her?

ha well im actually about to ask a question about this as well. my ex and i are seniors and were best friends before we dated and broke up 4 months ago. now we've been talking a lot again the past month like we used to and she called me her best friend and we talked about getting back together. thing is, just tonight she said she doesn't think she can and hurt me again and we'll be going away to 2 different colleges. so my point is don't even get your hopes about it. but i know exactly what you mean. the anxiety of not knowing what she wants is worse than if she flat out said no. id rather have and answer than waiting around cuz the past few weeks have left my anxious and edgy. but now i have an answer (which sucks). but an answer none the less. just try to be calm and relaxed and realize nothing is the end of the world bro
