What happened to Cameron Diaz?

I watched The Mask last night and DAMN she was almost otherworldly beautiful. I couldn't get over how utterly gorgeous she was. It was unreal to think that was Cameron Diaz! I'm still in awe. But now...where has all her looks gone? Sorry if I sound a little hysterical but it blows the mind that she looked that good in The Mask.
