What will i do? i had a relationship with a married woman,and her husband came home to stay for 1 1/2 mos. and

one day i can't take it that shes with someone else so i fallowed them but she noticed me and said that if i keep following them she will dump...and now she did it..but i didn't agree that we are over.. but she said its up to me..im so much depressed can someone help me please... i dont know what to do..all i want is to die..
