Are there still Christian churches that celebrate Halloween?

The churches around here have what they call "Trunk-or-Treats". They all gather in their parking lots and hand out candy from their cars/trucks etc... They consider it a safe alternative to kids wandering from house to house. They have games and such as well. Ive seen the Baptist and methodist churches doing this.
