Is rap not the greatest form of poetry?

No, rap is a form of music where as poetry is something that is based on someones feelings. Song are based one people's feelings but a rapper raps what they are written. Poetry you write what you feel, whether you post it somewhere, tell everyone you know, or keep it to yourself, it's about who wrote it how they were feeling. Rap, no so much.
