I think this so called friend of mine believes that these degrees are real to a certain extent but also I believe that she might be aware of what a scam it is and is being deceptive. okay totally not trying to be mean, but im 13 and it your 16 and still dont have your triple pirouette and fouettes then your a little behind. But try improving on some things that might help...try to just balance and count the seconds you can hold once you can stay a while try to turn if you get 2 then try pushing even harder but not loosing your posture...as for fouettes try marking the placement firstand then try one with the acual turn...also learning seconds first instead of fouettes might be easier thats what i did and i have them both now....if you ever need anything else just email me i have been dancing since i was 4 and have been on the comp team for 7-8 years so pretty much my whole dance lifetime! haha hope this helped!

I live in Australia where it's very rare to give/receive tips in restaurants, let alone anywhere else. The way I see it, any amount of extra money from the customers should be kindly accepted. Really, it's sort of ridiculous for waiters/waitresses to now EXPECT a tip when the whole reason it started was as a kind gesture. Now that tipping is such a common custom in a number of countries, it would be rude not to give one, but I just wish that people would take a step back and realise that tips ARE voluntary. Kind gestures, big or small, should never end with the receiver being offended or dissatisfied. THAT is rude.

Issues last 3 days with Yahoo Beta Mail (3/21/07)?

I have Firefox. When I'm deleting emails, I get a very large error message about strings and "the server failed to send back valid xml" and "xml parsing error, syntax error." "Contact Yahoo" and it gives some debug info. I had to printscreen the error msg. into MS word, and I can email the file to you with the exact wording. Plus, it's shut down Firefox entirely several times. I run Spybot and McAfee Virusscan once a week. I've switched back to the original Yahoo mail for the time being, but I haven't yet figured out if that's affected also. Please help!!!!!!!! Thank you.

Hi all, my husbands 8 year old son has come to stay with us in australia for a month from new zealand because his mum needs a break and he is an over spoilt wussy little boy who needs to speak to his mum 3 times a day. Hes very attention seeking and hard work at times. So my problem is that my husband has to work so hes always with me and im not sure i can lat the month cause he repeats everything i say to his mum and she has babied him so much that im worried if he says the wrong thing she will just pay for him to fly home and my husband will miss out on seeing him. Anyway shes the type of woman who thinks shes always right and can get really nasty and every time i hear him repeating what i say i just feel really sick and just want him to go home. So there's a boy at my school who graduated this year and is joining the guard at the end of summer. He told me he really likes me and I've liked him for a while. She can roll to her back smile alot giggle babble and pay attention to toys hold them and chew on them. she eats her hands and fingers alot. She can sit well when supported by pillows or her bumbo seat on the floor. She is super close to rolling to her tummy and if she kicks her legs hard enough on her tummy she can scoot just a little. She sleeps from about 9-930 until 630-8 ususlly, on some great days like today she slept until 9 yay. How does she compare to your baby. Jay Leno was hospitalized briefly for observation, but he has been released now. The article I read made some reference to food poisoning, but I am sure once he is back on his show (hopefully Monday night) he will make some reference to it and the reason behind it. I believe it's the first time he's missed the show's taping due to illness since he took over in 1992.

Well California is very beautiful. Many things I miss are the weather,scenery's, family/friends,variety of food etc.. I felt I was at the right path there for future but I decided to move here with the family, so I do regret those personal things I lost. But that's just me. Moving here to TX tho was for the best with the economic problems there are nowadays, specially California. Well the cost of living depends on whcih part of Texas you plan on moving to. Gas is cheaper by about 30 cents but getting closer where I live at, other stuff is about the same I think. But the biggest difference are the prices in housing and renting. You'll be able to buy a new house half the price of houses in California. So to sum it up in my opinion in California you make more money/ but spend much more. Here you'll probably make less/ but spend much less. So it's a balance thing but the spending much less sounds better. San Antonio is a good choice to move to, Houston would probably be similar to your situation, not sure about Dallas, and Austin is a good choice also. Good luck with your situation.

How is that possible? Did some one make a mistake at the hospital or Red Cross? Did my blood type really change? I know the chances that the hospital made a mistake is slim, due to the fact I was born at home. So I was kept separate from the other babies and kept in a room by myself. Which I think should of reduced the chance of them mixing my blood samples up with another baby's blood samples. I also know that my mother's blood type is O+, while my father's blood type is A+. I have also never received any blood transfusions through out my 21 years of life. I want to know for sure is it possible for my blood type to change from when you are born to adulthood, so I know whether I need to have my medical records and birth certificate change or to just get a new Red Cross blood donation card.

What to do about my protective mom?

I know, this may be silly to some of you. I'm 16 years old, and I'm in a wonderful relationship that's lasted two years. I have a driver's license, and my mom is really really protective. It really just seems like she doesn't trust me, and I've never given her a reason not to. If I ever actually get to go anywhere, which isn't often at all, I'm always where I say I am. I don't lie about my grades. But it's just recently that my mother has been acting like I'm sneaking around, and I truthfully haven't done anything wrong. There's a canker-like sore on my tongue, hurts just like one. And I hate it, I can't just smoosh my lip against my teeth and shift the food on the other side of my mouth, the sore is right there, and it sucks bad. But never when I had a canker, have I had one on my tongue or has my lymph node ached like this. And it perplexes me why only one aches. Also, it kind of hurts when I swallow, but not the jagged pain of pharyngitis, just kind of in the back of my throat, kind of...left tonsil area. My right one doesn't hurt, even though I'd expect that one to get infected as it's an enlarged tonsil, more in the way kind of. Aaaanyway, what I think is, canker sore = independent of the lymph ache, which is caused by the infection directly above it in my body, the tonsil. Maybe. What do you all think?

Should i buy a new airsoft gun?

i bought a Colt 1911 airsoft gun on monday. It is made of a transparent plastic. Today is only thursday, i've had it for only 3 days, and it already cracked. It had a laser attached to it, and i removed it, but i'm 100% sure that that's not the reason the gun cracked. I use a philips screwdriver to remove the laser this morning, and it was absolutely fine. It has a small crack on the back, and it is really, really small. The crack is on the inside. When i the gun, the crack doesn't get bigger. When i pull the trigger, the gun sort of splits down the middle, but the splitting is very minour, and when the the gun and fire again, it doesn't split any more, it only splits very slightly, and it doesn't split anymore after that. When i squeeze it back into place, it clicks. I'm worried that thus tiny little crack might turn into something big. Should i buy a new airsoft gun before it's too late?

How soon until I can dye my hair again without killing it?

A little over three months ago I had a professional bleach my hair and dye it blue, but I wasn't happy with her work so I had another professional use a color remover on my hair and then we dyed it a reddish brown, which is darker than my natural (dishwater blonde) hair color. Well, I've been really careful with my hair, avoiding the heat styling as much as possible (and using professional protective sprays and lotions when I'm forced to straighten it), and using some very good moisturizing shampoos and conditioners. The ends of my hair are still a little fried, but I've got about two and a half inches of roots that aren't horrific, per say, but definitely noticeable to me. What I'd really like to do is go back to a dark-ish red color for the fall and winter, and I'd definitely once again turn to professionals to do it rather than doing it myself so I don't make it any worse. Do you think it would be safe to go in and have it done? I haven't really had breakage, my ends are just fried. Am I in danger of some fallout if I get a non-bleach dye job?

Here's the deal: My father owns a duplex home. He lives downstairs with my sister and 10 month old niece. I live upstairs with my brother. My 30 year old brother came home after 4 years in jail for armed robbery and drug possession in Dec. 2006. It took him 5 months to get a job, whereupon my father told him he was to pay half of the total bills - he agreed. He then began using drugs again and was not paying any bills. Soprano Sax Embouchure?

I am an alto, tenor, and more recently baritone sax player, and I just got a soprano. It seems that with a straight neck, pitches low Bb to middle Bb are increased an octave, and with a curved, pitches from low E to middle B are increased. I think it may be the embouchure. I'm getting a teacher, but is there something I need to do with the embouchure for the pitches? I don't think it's technical because it varies with the neck. Also, the reed extends further relative to the mouthpiece than any other sax. Is this an abnormality that could be relevant or normal for a soprano?

I find this a bit puzzling and perhaps the answer varies from state to state. I can see my original birth certificate in the state in was born by driving to the Bureau of Vital Statistics in the state capital. I now live in a different state and just called the Records Division of the Secretary of State's office in my state of residence. I was just advised I can see original birth and death certificates, with minimal identification like a driver's license, by going to the State Archives.

Child modeling?

Two of my daughters Madden and Naomi (9) were offered a modeling contract. The only problem is that they are quads, Madden, Naomi, Rose and Mackenzie. Is it wrong to leave your church home?

I am a youth leader at my church, and have been for the last 3 years. It has been wonderful, my family and I have grown so much spiritually. Up until last November, things were great. Until, it came out that our pastor has been lying, cheating people out of money, and turns out he is violent! We ended up quitting the church, and very shortly after, he resigned. We prayed about it, and I knew I had a commitment to the youth group, so we went back, and I resumed my position as the youth leader. Since then, it has gone downhill! Almost all of the members have left, leaving around 20 people attending on Sunday mornings, and I have lost half of my youth group. The new pastor is very old school, traditional, and the music is now traditional hymns. We have been used to a band that plays contemporary music. Anyway, my entire family.... Mom, dad, sister, and husband have stopped going, leaving me to attend alone. I handle teen activities on Wednesday by myself as well. I feel like I am just going through the motions, and not growing at all. I know that we don't follow pastors, we follow God, but I need to connect with my pastor, right? I want to find a new church home so that I can worship with my family and so that my daughter will grow spiritually. (right now she is the only kid!) But, I feel obligated to the teen group. ault 3 drops down to ault 4 w/ negligence to injure with weapon, Pre-Trial is set for April now what?

My husband initially was charged with ault 3 w/weapon, yesturday he had a Pre Indictment hearing that was "court vacated" and the charge was dropped down to a Misdemeanor ault 4 with negligence to injure with weapon. Today he had a bail hearing and had the 3rd party conditions removed. He pled innocent to the original charge, They did not indict him on the felony charge so they dropped it down to a Misdeamenor ault 4 and a Pre Trial is set or April, he is on bail as of today. What now after they dropped the charges down? EVen if theydropped the charges down why are they taking it to a Pre trial? I dont understand, is it because he plead innocent to the original charge? He spent 12 days in jail till he got bailed out, thanks for your help!

I dont know if I can help you feel better but I will try. Your parents obviously want the very best for you as they are spending a fortune on the best school. That is long term planning for your future. You will be highly educated and very eligible for an excellent job and good social standing. That will be your life then. Now it is so so hard. Girls that age especially can be cruel and mean in their cliques and with gossip. If someone gossips to you, try to keep out of it. Just smile at everyone even if they dont smile back. Do you have an advisor or counselor you can speak with? I KNOW they would be sad to read your message as it is their job to help you feel comfortable. I am not saying to go try and make friends with these other students but perhaps you could get a little job? Like in the library or cafeteria or take up a sport you like? Ask if there is something to help you be busier so you can divert your attention. It WILL get better with time I promise. Well, in general I think that Spanish would be more useful. With that said, both are pretty similar. I mean, I speak Latin American Spanish and can perfectly understand somebody who speaks Spanish from Spain. There are only differences in a pronunciation of the "c" and "z" sounds. There are also differences in vocabulary, however that happens with different countries of Latin America as well. I don't think it really matters which you learn because you will be understood either way. Don't try learning a certain style, such as Argentinian or Chilean Spanish just yet, wait until you have the basics that every country uses first. Good luck!

Someone reported my license plate to the cops saying that while I was driving i looked drunk. BUT i was not drinking and I was actually swerving to keep from hitting a pot hole. I'm in a failing relationship with my girlfriend and I dont know what to do.

She gives me all these mixed messages that I don't even understand. We've hurt each other before. She's cheated on me before, and I've lied to her about watching . But we healed, we got over that. Oregon landlord did not notify me of charges within 31 days after move out?

The landlord took my entire deposit and charged me additional fees. I received a letter detailing the charges about 40 days after I moved out that was incorrectly addressed and the post office had written all over trying to figure out where the letter was supposed to go. (This was not an address I had given them, they had attempted to put the address of the apt. I had vacated and had put it down incorrectly.) My question: If I did not receive the letter within 31 days, due to their mistake, am I liable for the charges?

I have been married for 15 months to a man I've known since highschool... over the past few weeks he has grown very distant. He seems to always have something to do away from home and when he is here it feels like he's not. I let him take my car to work last week and the next day it wouldn't crank.... I just had a sleep study for sleep apnea....?

I had it done last night and they had me all wired up and monitored my brain waves, breathing, O2 levels, ect all night long. This morning they tole me that I started having "episodes" as the Dr. put it, as soon as I feel asleep and woke up off and on all night long, was only in REM sleep for less than 10 the whole night, my O2 levels kept dropping and I stopped breathing often. In a few days they are going to have me do another sleep study, except this time, put a CPAP mask on me. Are those uncomfortable? Do they seem to help? I'm so tired all the time and have a bad headache every morning because of this. Anyone else with this problem, I'd like whatever info you have, thanks.

Yeah, i know exactly how you feel. I'm sure its hard to have to have that baby for some women, but I am a strong believer that everything happens for a reason. If a woman gets pregnant at any time, she should not have an abortion. After cutting the engine off, i check the coolant level and they are very low each time. Their is no leakage under the car. So where is all of the coolant going? Why do my car run hot? I have started to learn about VNC and have gone as far as getting my hands on uVNC and configuring/using it. It feel very much like my typical remote desktop software. You should look into getting a used mountain bike. Craigslist is where I get mine. They usually are a little out of tune, but nothing you cannot get fixed at a bike shop or a place like that. Or, if you like to be cheap you can fix it yourself. Brands I recommend are cannondale and specialized. You can easily replace the tires also. Go to www.bikenashbar.com and their are all sorts of parts for bikes there. I would recommend for tires a cross between mountain and road tires. I call them hybrid tires. I forget what the actual name is, but they are not made for bumpy trails but if you decide to go off road for some reason these tires can handle them. Happy riding.

What was it like for you when you had a c section?

Well my daughter was breech, and I had to have c section as my cervix wasn't opening at all. I had a spinal tap, then I couldn't feel a thing. I felt pressure as they cut and pushed the baby out, but no actual pain during the surgery. I was shaking alot after due to the shock but things went as planned. I was told to try and walk and got to the toilet the next morning, which was painful, and I found it hard to walk up straight, but later that day felt better. I hope I haven't scared you. Good luck!

fed stool color?

My daughter is 7.5 weeks and for a few weeks now her bm's aren't the watery yellow with curds. It's turned to a mustard consistency and is a dark yellow almost like dark mustard color. She is solely fed and has never had a drop of formula. I know this for a fact as I stay home with her and the two times she has been given a bottle was by my husband who fed her expressed milk and wouldn't give her formula in a million years without discussing this with me first. She acts normal has several good sized bm's a day, plenty of wets. Goes about 3 hours during the day between feedings. Then probably nurses every hour in the evening time. Then uses me as her pacifier all night long. Any ideas what this could be? or should I even be concerned? I don't remember my two older girls bm's turning into this. Thanks so much

Good evening. Thank you so much for taking the time to review my question. I am in need of istance and I would like to state that this is my fault. I incurred this dilemma upon myself. Last year sometime, I discovered that my apartment is also inhabited by a ethereal being. I didn't make much fuss about it except telling my roommate that I had experienced it. He became a little anxious and that was that. A few months back, we had another roommate move in with us and it wasn't until recently that I divulged the information regarding our friend but how I divulged it is the problem. I antagonized the being out of jest and out of cruelty (playfully) towards my roommate because she was frightened by the notion. Since then, strange things have taken place, especially between my roommate and I. Also, a few nights ago is when I witnessed the being yet again. I was roused by something (probably the being) and discovered that it was very difficult to open my eyes and move my body ( I had experienced something like this many years ago in Germany). As I started to open my eyes, I saw someone standing over my roommate shaking their hands over her. When I finally opened my eyes, the being disappeared. If someone can guide me, I would truly appreciate it and I am remorseful for my actions. Whatever I need to do I will do it. Thank you very much!
